Deciding what application to use on your store will come down to one important question… How large is your team? The superior option will provide you with all the features you will need. But, more features come with more tasks and this will require more people to manage the software.

Conversely, if you are a sole proprietor or a brand operating with a limited team, you will want to look into Seguno.

Klaviyo

So, you have a team of 2 or more highly-skilled marketers. Klaviyo is the email application for you. Klaviyo is full of features that will slingshot your brand into one of the top performing brands online.

So let’s jump into some details on what makes Klaviyo so great.

First, is segmentation. Because Klaviyo is fully integrated with Shopify you will be able to segment based on certain actions that you customers take or don’t take on your Store. These segments include:

  • Full-price buyers
  • Unengaged customers
  • Last year’s Cyber Monday shoppers
  • Shoppers who’ve viewed the same product 5+ times without purchasing
  • Customers who only make purchases with coupons
  • Customers who only buy on certain days
  • Customers who are most likely to buy within the next 10 days
  • VIP customers (frequent shoppers or big spenders)

Second, Klaviyo provides you with over 60 prebuilt automations that will help you get up and running as quick as possible. This includes automations such as:

Additionally, the amount of customization with in Seguno is limited. You will not be able to make as many adjustments or changes ad you can with Klaviyo.

In conclusion, Seguno and Klaviyo both have their pros and cons but put simply, if you want the most features and the most customization, you truly only have one option, Klaviyo. But if you are less concerned with a full feature list and are looking to get up and running as quickly as possible, Seguno is your platform.
